Hey, I’m Cathy!

I started Well Kept Chaos back in 2016 as a way to chronicle my new home journey. Since then, it’s evolved to party ideas, photography tips, DIY projects, and mom life.

I love photography, hosting parties, crafting, spending time with my kids, and capturing their everyday moments. I also love home decor and reading (when my kids don’t drive me crazy).

We live on Long Island, New York and spend our weekends pumpkin picking, attending local fairs, and exploring local playgrounds.

My friends tell me I’m the hostess with the mostess, find the best deals, and take amazing photographs. Guilty as charged!

I’m a self taught photographer (yes, really!) and I love taking my own pictures. My skills came out of necessity- I couldn’t afford to hire anyone, and I needed some great photos for the blog. It’s one of the skills I’m most proud of!
